Oracle Broken Job Fix

You can use the Unix cron or the Windows Scheduler to run this script on a schedule.  If there are broken jobs, it will attempt to repair them.  One solution is to incorporate this check in a Korn Shell script that will also send an email message if a job is still broken, so that it can be fixed manually.   This script will also restart the replication if the master site is unavailable and the replication refresh jobs break.  Once the master site is available, simply execute the script to unbreak each refresh job and restart the replication.
